Sometime ago, I was a serious people pleaser. I would agonize whether others liked me and run scenario after scenario through my brain; maybe I should have said this or maybe I should have done that. Like the author of this article, as you mature in your relationship with Christ, those worries and priorities tend to fall away until all you care about is if God is pleased with you.
