Word Study Wednesday

I'm kind of stumped on the sacrifices described in the verses below:

[Rom 12:1 ESV] 1 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.

[Heb 13:15 ESV] 15 Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.

I question whether I am a living sacrifice and what does this look like.  Then I decided to "google" it and found this very helpful article on gotquestions.org

I also asked myself if I understood what a sacrifice of praise is?  Again, "google" and gotquestions.org to the rescue.  I especially found the last paragraph helpful.

Following God, most days, does not seem to be a sacrifice but when things are tough and when I reject worldly thinking in favor of God and His teachings and I trust Him instead of giving in, I'm beginning to understand the concept of sacrifice in the two scriptures above.
