It's getting ugly out there . . .

but there are steps you can take to combat all this "in your face" style of living.

Seek the face of Jesus.  He is glory, peace and beauty.  A verse many Christians value is Philippians 4:8 which says:

[Phl 4:8 KJV] 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things.

Stay away from social media, turn off the flat screen and rest in Him.  You will soon feel much better.
