Monday Meditation

[2Co 5:6-10 KJV] 6 Therefore [we are] always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: 

We are where we are at this present moment because it is God's will.

7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Umm, confession time...I could stand to improve in this area.  I have faith but sometimes it is a little weak. 

8 We are confident, [I say], and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. 

I am looking forward to eternity to finally be who God designed me to be and being with Him face to face.

9 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. 

But until His perfect timing, I must sojourn on learning the lessons of my life that is preparing me for eternity.

10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things [done] in [his] body, according to that he hath done, whether [it be] good or bad.

Like everyone else, there will be some of both.  My good will bring God glory due His name and my bad will be covered by Jesus' righteousness.
