[Gal 4:1-5 KJV] 1 Now I say, [That] the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; 

As it should be.  The child needs training in correct behavior.

2 But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father. 

There is wisdom in learning from many while a father oversees the raising of his child.

3 Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:

Now Paul is honing in on the situation of God's people. 

4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, 

In God's perfect timing, He sent His Son who would complete the transition from the old to the new, from the law to grace.

5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

To put all of His children in the same position...under His mercy and grace and joint-heirs with Jesus.  Father God had it planned perfectly!
