[1Peter 3:4 ESV] but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious.

Monday Meditation
[Psa 13:1-6 ESV] 1 To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. How long, O LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?
We all feel this way when we find ourselves in difficult circumstances.
2 How long must I take counsel in my soul and have sorrow in my heart all the day? How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?
When our perspectives are clouded and nothing seems to be going right.
3 Consider and answer me, O LORD my God; light up my eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death,
And our thoughts can take us to dark places...
4 lest my enemy say, "I have prevailed over him," lest my foes rejoice because I am shaken.
and we think people are rejoicing that we are experiencing difficulties.
5 But I have trusted in your steadfast love; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.
But we need to adjust our focus as David did here...
6 I will sing to the LORD, because he has dealt bountifully with me.
and remember always that God always comes through for His people.
