Wisdom Wednesday

[Pro 29:2, 7, 9, 18, 25 KJV] 2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. ...

Wicked leaders just don't have what it takes to rule in such a way that the people are blessed.

7 The righteous considereth the cause of the poor: [but] the wicked regardeth not to know [it]. ...

There is difference between the righteous and wicked when it comes to others.  The righteous will look past their own bubble of existence to actually "see" others while the wicked's eyes don't travel beyond their own bubble.

9 [If] a wise man contendeth with a foolish man, whether he rage or laugh, [there is] no rest. ...

The wise evaluate whether to let other's drama become part of their lives because they know it zaps your energy.

18 Where [there is] no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy [is] he. ...

Leaders must have a vision for their people and it must be a righteous one.

25 The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.

Do not waste your time trying to please "man."  Most of the time, people can not evaluate what they truly matter.  We should all aim to please the One who created us and knows us better than we know ourselves.
